Questions

What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM built into your phone. There is no plastic card to swap: you install it by scanning a QR code.

Will my Mongolian number still work?

Yes. Leave your Mongolian SIM on to receive calls and texts, and use the eSIM for data. Calls on your Mongolian number are billed at your operator's roaming rates.

When should I install it?

Before you leave, on Wi-Fi. For most plans, the validity period starts when you first connect in your destination.

Can I share data by hotspot?

With most plans, yes. Each plan's terms say so.
